I went to SW, but there was no NPC at the harbor area.
Yes, I had the quest in my Q-book but still nothing.
Today I’m getting loot, looks like they fixed it for us only getting cards yesterday.
So I saw in chat on multiple occasions that if you have 10 of the hearthstone cards (from the Shady Dealer or as loot) in your bags, you cannot loot. I haven’t any as I get rid of them immediately and I have managed to loot multiple times, I’m on 6-7 kills on a single character.
Any truth to this? I have no idea, just tossing it out there.
Before maintenance, having 10 of those cards kept them out of the loot pool. As a result, you would either get something or nothing. No idea if they fixed that or not.
The spawn times still broken? Waiting that extra maybe 30 mins is killing me 
. Trying to do it in between working 
They appear to be on a cycle. That was fixed last evening, actually. The downside is, the server maintenance reset said cycle so it threw a lot of people off who thought they had it figured out.
Side note: Next should be Valdrakken.

I’ve only gotten cards and nothing else.
I guess you have to have a lot of alts to do this event. This is my only character, and I’m seeing people pop all over the place to do this and get loot.
I can hardly get into groups and let alone alts to do easy log ins.
also now I can hardly log into the game at all, it keeps crashing. frustrating…
Nope never died. Dr. Boom was tagged and I could not loot him.
It could be possible that if you have the max amount of Hearthstone Wild Cards which is 10 in your inventory it causes you to not be able to loot Dr.Boom when he only gives you wild cards.
I’m going to throw away my 10 wild cards and see if that is what is happening the next time Dr.Boom spawns.
Also, the event starts a minute or two after the hour, not right on the hour. Which is something else I’d like them to fix, since it’s been a problem with pretty much every timer in Dragonflight.
Did it with 2 characters, my main here and my druid horde 60 alt.
How do you import the string I got it copied to my notepad right now…
You hit “copy import string” on the page, and then hit CTRL+V to paste it into your WeakAuras in game under “import”.
looks like maxing out or even 9 wildcards is enough to force no loot. 8 or less wildcards still puts the wildcards on the loot table, so can at least debunk the unfarmable on solo character side of it.

The RNG of this event is terrible. I hate it so much.
