Just did SW. It is hourly rotation. No toys yet but I lucked out with everything else. Not really surprised as this is like the Diablo 4 goblin event.
I didn’t even get a tag in SW because I lag-died.

No portals at all 3 locations this hour for me. Oh well.
Don’t think so. Got the tabard a couple kills ago, and just now in SW got the belt.
I’m still not getting any loot after my first kill. None. I tag every boss.
One of my favorite examples is Fury Warrior talent tree, Hurricane mentioning Bladestorm… Fury Warriors haven’t had Bladestorm this entire expansion.
On Moon Guard it still hasn’t spawned yet…
Stormwind on Moon Guard was unplayable. So many couldn’t even tag the spawn due to the lag. By the time I could even target the boss was a corpse. Terrible, terrible
experience.
Edit to add: 2nd shot at Stormwind on Moon Guard and game crashed, and I can’t log back in. Added an extra “terrible” to the above criticism! (That’ll show 'em)

It is, but it seems that different servers have different minutes it spawns at.
I’ve been able to consistently join groups every 5 minutes or so and get portal kills.
For example:
This is from right now, 2:19 PM and the portal is up on the group I’m in.

Unfortunately, the portal didn’t pop at all this past hour mark in any of the locations. The timing is off between servers/shards.

It can’t be hourly rotation …we had two spawn within ten mins in SW earlier…Val went 2 hrs before one even spawned there…they are not spawning on top of the hour either like it should be …I seen one spawn at half hour mark on the clock…

Just last week SoD players were talking about how they get all the updates while retail is bone dry.

Hearthstone has been fixed, btw. Pretty great animation.

Portal finally spawned at 19 minutes after. Couldn’t tag the mob though so it was just a waste of time.
