Give it time people, sooner or later name changes race change will be in game for gold too
They would still make a bunch of money, people will just buy tokens to buy changes
I actually second this. They’ve just now set the precedent that they might move more account services into in-game purchases. I think it’s a great idea, because with tokens, they’re all making money from it either way, but this is more beneficial to the players, especially those who can afford to play, but not afford to pay.
This is happening because microsoft, not blizz.
Theyre going to allow you to buy wow coins from their store soon.
Theyve already started making “windows game” ready pcs with wow, cod and others preinstalled.
Theyve been talking about this for years now.
We already do. It’s called the WoW Token and it’s existed since Warlords.
50k race change please. I want an army of Goblin characters to play in Undermine.
really because guild name change isnt even in the game yet and was just announced…my guess is they are going to move a lot of the stuff to INGAME for gold to make room for housing stuff on the store site
For 15$ a month already do you think that is a valid change for a quick SQL name edit? Why is it not just included with monthly fee?

so lets put all the services in the game for gold.
No, nothing immersion-breaking like a race change should be purchasable with gold.
I mean microsoft in general.

No, nothing immersion-breaking like a race change should be purchasable with gold.
Uhhh no. NOTHING your payment should already grant you access to should be rmt.
I have no idea what you’re trying to say here.
They essentially already are. Blizzbucks via token has been a thing since late 2015. All this did is lower the gold price a bit, which is nice I guess. Must not have been a big earner to get this treatment.
Everything game related should be buyable with gold
Server transfer should be free with a cooldown
That is so creepy looking for real
Is a better name even possible?
now imagine if we had the same with races… too bad the world first crowd and the 0.1% is still why this isnt a thing.
