The granular guild controls were merged with the launch of communities, Ion said the change was unintentional and said that they were going to fix them, but they have not been touched in more than 5 years, I guess Ion’s word is worthless.

For a big guilds they get top ratings yes. For family guilds no,we don’t even register as a guild.
