If the naxx 40 sets weren’t as rare and difficult to acquire as they are, would the community still hold them in the same high regard?

I’d say folks would still use them. I like to transmog my characters based off what’s pleasing to me, not how rare the thing is.

Well that and its a mog. All the stuff that made naxx good is ripped out in retail.

I’ve had the (dis)pleasure of meeting 60 twinks in naxx gear. I’d see the rabble rabble if it kept those stats and effects. Bad worders hit like a steamroller carried on speeding freight train lol.
