opened up b-net app on my computer. it says there’s a download going on, and it’s been at 99% for 30 minutes now. I’m at 16mbps download, so idk why it would take so long at 99%. Any ideas?

Close Bnet and open it up again.

I had a few similar hangups at 2-3 difference percentages, but they did eventually push through. Might just be large, or Bnet network is overloaded as everyone does the same thing.

I just let the bnet client sit at its 99% shenanigans tonight while it was busy maxing out one of the cores. It eventually stopped and a nice little green “Pre-release content downloaded” message appeared.
I have PTR on this machine, so I’m wondering if it just acts really goofy and is just verifying and copying the installed PTR contents, and redownloading any differences. I only say this because most PTR data is copied over to retail when a new patch is getting ready to launch.

Mine was stuck at 96%, 99 kb/s until I disabled— again— the setting on that. Then I was at 33 mb/s still at 96% for another 5 minutes before it suddenly was just done.
I have beta and ptr downloaded. The patch took about 15 seconds to download.

There’s a good chance your computer is still trying to operate and finishing writing what it has downloaded. Steam tends to do that on me but I dunno how similar that is to Blizzard’s setup for downloading.
If it goes on for longer than intended, I wouldn’t worry too much unless it hogs up your bandwidth, takes far longer than a day and see if Blizzard is aware of the problem before bringing it up.
Mine was stuck and still stuck @ 82% after 30min and even after restarting and adjusting kbps from 100 to 200. So I just hit play and will try again later and even turned off my VPN.
That is what is happening to me now …stuck at 82%…shut it down and restarted still stuck…
Mine was stuck at 82% for a bit. Pausing it and restarting the download bumped that number up to 88% and it was finished not long after.
Turned off my VPN and restart it …see if that fixes it.
Well with vpn off and having to keep restarting it keeps getting stuck…now at 87% stuck…
been stuck at 82% all day while a friend, in the same house got to 100% and they’ve not bought Dragon Flight and I have.
Mine finally finished out…had to let it run about 3 hours for it too finish out…not sure what the problem was but its never took that long before…

same here it goes to 99 andthn back down to 98 …and it jsut going round and around and around??? doent knwo whta happening with this
Mine downloaded fine but shows all the servers red and incompatible…anyone else? Not sure what to do already did a repair scan
I looked hours ago, and it was at 88%. I wasn’t paying much attention to it, since I’m still working, but I realized that it’s been 7 hours, I glance over at my gaming laptop, and it’s still at 88%. Restarting the launcher did nothing. I guess I’ll check again after work.
If you have a VPN running turn it off and then restart the download…
