the haste battlemaster isnt supposed to be till 2.4, yet its purchasable via the badge vendor and somehow not with honor.
The neck and ring with spell haste, dmg and healing, are added in season 4.

They were added in 2.4 yes but that doesnât matter. S3 was also still going on in 2.4 so the items were added in S3. In classic S4 will come with sunwell and previous seasons offsets are removed in the next season. So if blizzard doesnât add these items now they they will never be in the game as next phase will go straight to S4

Vindicatorâs is season 3. Phase 3 and 4.
Guardianâs is season 4. Phase 5.
Both seasons have haste items that exist. It is basically now to release the rest of S3 or donât bother. Sunwell will be S4 and Vindicatorâs items will probably be removed from the vendors following their previous trends with classic seasons, even though it stayed in old bc.
From the start of BC the Phase / Season timing wasnât right so thatâs the root of all this confusion.
I would like to point out this: I didnât want to argue why blizzard has released this item yet. All I wanted was clarification if this item was going to be released or not. Logically, and as all of you have pointed out in this thread, this item should be out. Hopefully we can maybe get an answer soon.

[UPDATE]: I recently filed a ticket in hopes of getting a GM to maybe shed some light into this. I will keep the GM name out of this rehash:
With the ticket you sent us, I saw that you want to know if the Vindicatorâs Pendant of Subjugation is gonna be on the vendor list.
I did my research and unfortunately I cannot give you more details. The item is not in the game and you will need to wait for the next phase of Burning Crusade Classic.
Seems like this may not be added in phase 4, and we may have to wait for phase 5. Sorry gents.
The support people honestly have no idea when things are added. Thatâs a developer thing.
All that GM did was verify it wasnt currently there, and then assume.
There is no way they wait until phase 5 for this, as we are getting S4 with phase 5, and S4 has its own set of necks⌠including haste ones.

The items in question youâre asking for were not added until patch 2.4.0 which marks the beginning of season 4.
If you canât accept this simple fact, youâre in a world of trouble for all facts you canât accept.
S3 lasted for 3 months after 2.4 and S4 started the day after S3 ended. The neck and ring were added during S3 with the release of sunwell in 2.4

- These haste necks were NOT added during season 4. They came out with sunwell but BEFORE season 4 originally. This time, we get season 4 WITH sunwell, so they should be out now
- You cannot buy previous season necks during the next season. They are available for 1/2 off only during the breaks in between. Only non-accessory pieces can be bought later (check the vendors in Area 52 and Nagrand Arena). Weapons, Armor. Not necks/rings.
Season 3 offsets ARE available to buy with honor, because Season 4 offsets require ARENA RATING, leaving a gap for those who are gearing during season 4 and have NO OFFSET.

To clarify: You CAN only buy âGladiatorâ items from previous seasons after the next season starts (Like now, you can get Merciless gear.
You CANNOT buy off-pieces (that are honor during the season already) such as Veteranâs pieces (s2) now, or Vindicator pieces next season
