We have a cooldown… that people have to stand in, but the ring they have to stand in is the color of dirt (for obvious reasons) and is impossible to see in a slew of environments.
Then, the game gets a ping system, and about 40,000 shamans macro a ping into our earthen wall totem macro so we can tell people “hey it’s right here”… Yet, they can’t see it.
Now imagine dropping that into a huge fight (or two of them) in a BGB with 16 people fighting on say…… Silvershard mines… you get the point right?
Maybe we can make it look like an actual wall, and not a dust ring? Add some lava and giants boulders? Make it as visual as a priest dome, or rop, or healing rain, or you know… just visible?
Just want to make sure this gets on the list of amazing visual updates coming for Shaman’s in TWW.
K thanks
I feel like at that point you just place it into the cart and project it back into the cart as it moves. It’s a lot easier in the example you gave because you know where everyone is supposed to be and its your job to make it safer to be there but theirs to actually get there haha. I
That’s extremely specific to mines… and yeah what happens every 10 seconds but that literally doesn’t solve the problem.
We have a cooldown that requires people to be in it , but can hardly been seen in a lot of environments. Having a ping or moving it every 10am c doesn’t fix the solution.
For sure, but if I learned anything from healing Arenas and especially solo shuffles. People do need to take accountability for their own lives too. I feel like healers put way too much pressure on themselves over the smallest things. Often times when really really dumb things happen I laugh and tell myself “hey man, if you can’t bother to value your life… I can’t bother to feel emotions about you dieing there.”
