Update 1.15.0 Map change

Why was the map change a mandatory non-optional change? Seems kinda out of nowhere and unasked for. I have poor vision and the old map made it way easier to see everything. This change shouldnt have been something that cant be opted out of and shouldnt have be the default if a choice was added. The change makes it quite annoying and hard to use map now and feels like accessibility was ignored when this change was made.

In the top right of the map (to the left of the there is a an arrow [] you can click that to make a full-screen map again. The setup is like this: []

The updated large map looks similar to the old one to me, but I am not sure I would notice a difference that could impact your access. Apologies if you already tried the proposed solution.

It could also be if you used an addon for an extra large map previously that it will take a bit for the devs of that addon to update it.

Wrath has the same issue with the new map. And the full screen map is still like 60% the size of the original map. It sucks. Give us back the old map.

Yeah, I’m really not liking the smaller map in Classic, which is what I mainly play. Blizzard, give us back the full sized map!!!

This is weird…I just noticed one of my toons still has the full sized map with the arrow. Think I figured it out…if you click just slightly to left of the ‘X’ in the upper right hand corner you can get the expand option back. Do you have Gather Lite or any other addon that’s affecting things? My Gather Lite button was covering the expand arrow it, it looks like.
