You need 3x the runecloth as you do mageweave but we will not have access to the best sources of runecloth at 50. BRD will be the highest dungeon will be BRD which is mostly mageweave. The ability to level other professions will be easy due to the availability of materials. Casters won’t be able to kill lvl 55+ reliably so we will be relying on hunter bots at gouging level of prices. This is going to be an issue.
The ST patterns appear to require 250 skill, not 300, if that helps. Also, Bolts of Runecloth are obtainable through fishing.
I have about 30 stacks of runecloth bolts saved up. Sounds like a skill issue.

Yeah? Problem? I have like two dozen stacks from fishing alone. Bolts of Runecloth have also been super cheap on AH since P1.

The only problem is competition for all the fishing nodes right now. So many people fishing right now…
Fishing is easily the most boring profession. I don’t think Runecloth will be very needed this next phase as most items needed for it will be higher then level 50. But if for some reason it is. Having to level up a whole boring profession is not the solution.

People already have stacks of bolts from fishing
every level cap has its own set of issues 
deal with it. this is what the player base gets when they cheered for how awesome arbitrary level caps are.

Okay, good, but…
Fish oil is the reagent to do that. On my server, 1 fish oil costs 13 silver. Mounting up or ghost wolfing removes it, so you need to reapply it fairly often.
Or you can move even faster than water walking shamans by druid aquatic form.
