I currently am wearing the blue pvp shoulders and legs for the atk power set bonus. Does a 2 peice pvp set bonus fit in any way into AQ BiS at all? Or are all the new options just so much better that you would lose too many stats running 2 peices of blue gear?
Conqueror’s Spaulders (T2.5) + Titanic Leggings is considered an upgrade over the blue PVP 2 piece because it gives you 3 extra hit to work with in removing hit off of other pieces.
i.e. You can swap your bow and rings out for pure AP/Crit pieces like Blastershot/Larvae of the Great Worm and Quick Strike Ring/Ring of Qiraji Fury.
Still worth wearing the blue pvp set though until you can swap other pieces in just given how much ap/crit are on the blue 2 set.
And you want to get the T2.5 shoulders anyways since they’re great for PVP and later on there’s the Naxx Legplates of Carnage (42 str/2 crit) pants to pair them with…
So not worth craftig titanic leggings until i get more AQ gear to fill my other spots?
That is correct, you basically don’t really need Titanic until you need the hit on it if it’s coming at the expense of the PVP legs + set bonus.
You probably will never need Titanic at all. They have the upside of being obtainable by everyone, but at this point most people just dont need the extra hit. T2 legs are also better, but of course much harder to come by.
Tier 2.5 shoulders are BIS for the rest of the game.
Yeah, I mean given OP is a human warrior dual wielding swords, it is unlikely that OP will have to craft Titanic.
There is so much hit elsewhere that warriors are forced to have on BIS pieces (like helm, belt, boots, gloves from AQ, as well as other possibilities like chests from AQ/Naxx) that OP really doesn’t have to plan to craft it.
It’s possible that you just get the T2.5 shoulders and use them for PVP (along with other T2.5 pieces) until you get the Legplates of Carnage in Naxx. Then retire the blue 2 set.
OP, I think warriors may actually pursue these instead of Titanic if hit isn’t needed and shamans/hunters don’t need (obviously not a concern on shamans for alliance):
Scaled Sand Reaver Leggings
62 ap, 2 crit mail legs off Fankriss in AQ; may want to look at those. If you get those + T2.5 shoulders, that’d be a solid upgrade over the blue 2 set.

Yep, I’m in the same situation with my PVE gear, so it was helpful to me as well.
Basically makes clear that there’s no real reason for us to craft Titanic Leggings. Much better to use Scaled Sand Reaver Leggings (or even T2.5) until Legplates of Carnage.
