Yeah people dont want to play those roles. If I or any other ret paladin wanted to tank or heal we would do that. We dont want to. Get it through your head. We like playing melee DPS paladins.
Anyways, they could have made glyph of exo reduce the CD by like 8 seconds or something, that would have been a more impactful change.

Ret is the lowest PVE spec. It’s being buffed.
I’m going to keep telling Blizzard they’re idiots, thanks for trying to dictate how I spend my monthly sub though. I’m more inclined to just stop paying for the sub because they do garbage like this instead of actual fixes to a spec that needs attention.

Most rets currently run glyph of avenging wrath over glyph of consecrate anyways, which not only makes us cast consecrate more often, it also makes us cast hammer of wrath more often, yet we still don’t oom. You clearly don’t know what youre talking about so anything you whine about can be safely disregarded

They all have DPS SPECS in the middle of the pack or better. Your opinion is pointlessly argumentative. Would it personally hurt you to bring it to the middle of the pack? I cant understand where your coming from. But please keep telling us that ret being bad is the same as pure dps classes 3rd spec not being good DPS.

The balancing act can be hard I guess, but on the surface as a consumer of their statements they are all over the place.
That’s nice but this buff was aimed at ret paladins. You’re not a ret paladin. I’m not sure why your input about loving your resto shaman is needed in a ret paladin thread.
First, thank you for the post.
Do know that the buff is appreciated. Allowing Crusader Strike and Divine Storm to apply stacks of Holy Vengeance is especially good news. Waiting for it to slowly apply via autoswing was awful, especially when a swings was dodged or parried.
Regarding the Hand of Reckoning Glyph, it isn’t the buff I would’ve given. I do still think that tuning the Vengeance, Righteous Vengeance, and/or Two-Handed Weapon Specialization talents would’ve been a more elegant way to buff the spec. However, the attention to Ret’s under-performance is still very appreciated.
Glyph should be Minor, not Major.
