ummmm, sounds like you’ve been compromised, i just had similar thing happen in a cash shop item get bought for starcraft 2 i have never played or installed on an old inactive account on mine
Is your “gnome” look wearing winter clothes? Check your buff bar.
i would use blizzard’s live chat, tell them what happened and upload a physical image of your driver license ID to get them to roll it back
