Is anyone else having trouble getting these to drop? I had a 2 hour dry period yesterday and today, I’m at 3 hours and nothing on a different character. Did they break this drop? I have farmed these things like crazy to collect all the mogs but now I simply can’t. What happened? Anyone know?
Try the chests for better odds.
Honestly I seem to get them off mobs in the elemental storm areas more frequently than rares or chests - I’d try that - even the storms outside of the reach

I get them regularly on my characters that don’t need them.

Update: 6 keys came in about a 40 min window.
So I was on the “internal cooldown thing” that seems to happen. You get 3-6 in a short period then literally nothing for hours on end and then they come again. 3 characters have dealt with this lately. I actually think Blizz has some bs system going on in the background to make them not drop. It’s utterly absurd.
im at about 2.5% drop rate tonight on my latest alt there, my mage and hunter both have over 20 each just taking up bag slots.
12 out of 13 dropped for this priest alts gear, yet it has 64 keys… Sometimes talking “drop rates” is pointless when there hasnt been a drop to rate.
