In dragon isles you make everything else boa but why not these??? I have gotten 20 on my mage and a couple at best on alts they seem to drop for my mage like hot cakes and i cant do nothing but sell them which would be better to buff up alts to catch up.

They will also drop like hot cakes for your alts as well.
Blizzard intends for you to play your freshly geared 385 alts just a little bit to get the 395 upgrade tokens that drop like candy.

To incentivize you to actually play the character you want to gear up. It’s the same reason Primal Chaos is transferable, but not the Primal Foci. If you want better gear beyond the starting point, you need to put in the time/effort on that character.
Trust me, I’ve got like 15 on my ~420 main that I’d love to ship off to my army of crap alts. But I’m not going to cry if they never enable that.

Now that you can purchase Vault Keys from the rep vendors, would it not be time to make these boa?
There’s usually a rares hunting group listed in the “Custom” section of the group finder. Join that and spam out a bunch of rares. I got like 5-6 of these forbidden knowledge things in about an hour after I reached 70.
