Unsupported 16-bit Application

After the update today (6/14/24) i am getting a pop-up titled “Unsupported 16-Bit Application” and it states:

The program or feature “??\C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft_retail_\Wow.exe” cannot start or run due to incompatibity with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.

trying to scan and repair now, want to know if anyone else has gotten this issue and what was the fix. Also the spelling error is accurate in the pop-up. kind of funny

I’m having the same issue starting today after a tiny update. I was literally playing the game two days ago with no issues.

Me too when I logged in at 3am this morning, it’s been all latency like crazy and disconnects, I reinstalled the game deleted everything, did ipconfig everything the forum’s suggested, I’m reinstalling the game again !!! atm this was all fine Friday night when I played this all happened this Monday morning
