I know i’m beating a dead horse but I was trying to make my way to Ironforge to get to the heirloom vendor when I remembered Stormshield (a place nobody goes to) has a port to IF there. I go there and blizz has removed it.
There is no reason to this. Nobody wanted it removed. The game doesn’t feel more exciting because I have to spend 5min longer taking a Tram to get to IF.
This was really the nail in the coffin for me. It might be dumb but it literally just made me mad I don’t even want to play when decisions like this are made.
Let me put it this way, it isn’t just ONE inconvenience however minor, its a collection of them. It goes back to the saying, “the straw that broke the camels back”. People are very unhappy with not just the state of the game, but the individuals who are making incompetent decisions back to back, it isn’t just a few, its a string of them.
And with other alternatives out there to play that are actually FUN. People are trying them out, and this is bad news, the last thing you want to do is pushing people away to try other games.
They still think they have no competition but they do now. They dumb down the game and talk to their playerbase like they are children at times. They need to diversify like Disney and realize their playerbase has grown up.
There is, but if you haven’t purchased the new xpac you cannot get there. Nor could you use it if your toon isn’t up to BFA level. They have made it so that there are level restrictions to portals, which is terrible too.
