Seems to be anyone with Telstra is having the issue, have spoken to a couple of aussie streamers who seem to have reasonable ping still when in US instanced content and they all appear to not be with Telstra.
Unfortunately has been no mention of a fix, they are supposedly aware of the issue though.
Will say though I am close to unsubbing myself, given that my enjoyment comes from pvp and it’s bordering on unplayable at times. The only solution is to queue arena with a full OCE group or get a new ISP.
Sucks big time.
100% in the same boat here - It is 100% telstra. they will not care until we change providers. did any of those streamers mention who their providers are - my issue is i live in NQ so all the base lines are owned by telstra and rented by other providers. i dont beleive my outcome will actually change!

Good news!
Just had a call back from Telstra this morning, they asked me to do a check, performed a WinMTR for the usual 137.221.105.2 IP and it’s now returning 210ms instead of the 385 it was returning before (for reference I’m in Perth)
Would recommend everyone who was affected try a WinMTR/tracert and just see what it gives back as a result.
