Please post below if you have similar issues occurring and upvote this so the support team cannot ignore.
My character JollyXRoger completed the quests for unstable voidcores “re-rolls”, and upon completion, never actually received the cores. Currency was marked as received in my currency tab, but I was never able to actually use them on this character, they immediately marked as used.
When I raised a support ticket, they told me several of these re-roll issues had been resolved by granting the users their cores back and to check the mail to confirm mine have been refunded and closed the ticket.
They have not.
I currently have 2 voidcores waiting on me for this weeks allotment but I am afraid to take them because nothing has been done about the other 2 and if these are taken, I have no confidence I will get any at all.
