This caused my character to be unable to logout normally, unable to go through instance portals, or use any taxi services.
I believe what triggered it was getting summoned by meeting stone while on taxi service, specifically the one from Hero’s rest to the ground.
To fix I had to alt+f4, log into a different character and use a flight master.
From a code perspective my original character and account as a whole I guess was being flagged as on a taxi service and couldn’t clear it. So using a different character who wasn’t flagged, caused the system to check something which cleared my other character.
EDIT Nvm it fixed the taxi issue but instances still can’t enter, can’t hearth either, all loot is saying object is busy.
