Unsocketed Necks Not Allowing for Tiered Medallion Settings to Be Used

This appears to be a bug specific to all necklaces that do not have a base socket. Currently bought the Ouroboreal Necklet from the Bullion vendor for 2. It doesn’t have a base socket. Attempting to use any level of the tiered medallion settings does not allow the neck to be targeted. You get an error message stating “This item cannot be modified”

Other users have reported this with other necks that they got in vault or drops w/o any base sockets.

I have cleared out my WTF folders and tested this without addons as well. I have submitted this in game. This is extremely frustrating because we cannot socket our necklaces we got from vault, bullion vendor or drops if they do not start with a socket originally.

The awakened sockets from the vault vendor also aren’t working on bullion items such as the rings. Think it’s just an issue with the awakened S4 versions of items.

I bought Ouroboreal Necklet with bullion and I cannot use tiered medallion to socket…not cool at all this needs fixed or give me my 2 bullion back Blizzard

Suffused Neck (Champion version) isn’t able to be socket either. :frowning:
