Probably not, tbh.
You can’t just drop in the Unreal engine into the game. The way they work internally is completely different.
Blizzard isn’t going to redo 20 years worth of artwork to work with Unreal.
Lastly, I doubt Unreal will scale downwards as well vs the current engine for people playing on low spec machines.

I would take an UR5 with the warcraft art style for a single player game as a paladin.

Yeah, those go full on way too much into the realism and not into the wow feel of it. There are many that use UR5 and keep the wow feel of it.
Turtle wow is doing a little version of it and we’ve seen another one that looks like it could 100% be a single player warcraft game
Half the playerbase wouldn’t have the hardware to run it and the other half would probably not like the graphic style. Not too mention the cost of redoing WoW for a totally new engine. Yeah, not likely gonna happen.
wow’s art style is distinctive and better for what it is than something you could make in unreal
you can do both in unreal 5. We’ve seen it with Oblivion remake. They beefed up the game, but they kept the quirks that made Oblivion…well Oblivion.

If I want to play a realistic looking game, I can go do that. But that’s not WoW’s style nor do I want it to be. Unreal can do more than realistic, look at Palia. But I still don’t want it. That engine sucks.

Developers cringe every time threads like this get made. Please stop.
They make their own engines so they don’t have to pay a royalty to some other company.
They could make an engine to make a realistic looking game if that was their goal, assuming they haven’t fired all their engineers capable of making a new engine.
It’s a conundrum. Fans want good graphics but at the same time they want perfect performance on the worst PC’s
