Unreachable gathering nodes

I’ve run into more unreachable gathering nodes on dragon isles than ever before it seems like. Could be wrong, but why cant a universal solution just be if a mining/herbing node hasnt been gathered after a set time (30min or something) it despawns and respawns somewhere else. We already deal with nodes disappearing as we gather them all the time anyways, not like much will change in that department.

While I agree this is an issue, one thing that helps is having an interact with key. You can set it in option menu just search for “interact.” Some mining and herb nodes are underground and cannot be interacted with normally.

This is still a huge ongoing issue. It reduces the overall nodes available and just isn’t fun in an already stressfully competitive gathering race. I enjoy exploring and finding nodes but to find one, and then a lot more, that are glitched out and inaccessible is just not cool… and kind of demotivating. Monkey can’t get banana!

Just to be clear, these aren’t nodes hidden in caverns, behind Rock Walls, or tricky locations on cliffs, ledges, or pinnacles. You can see the sparkles from terrain features like clumps of rocks or from a steep mountainside. So you know it’s there but sunk “to ground” under the graphical surface. Maddening.

I agree with the OP. Some kind of auto-despawn and respawn might help. Ofc, no one wants it to happen right before they get to the node.

Truly, we need nodes set to spawn at the place in fixed space that they should be ASAP. I assume they are spawning under terrain due to some kind of loading issue.
