As much as too find blizzard to do some questionable choice and considering myself in the silent bunch I like titanforged… Cause this let me always have a sense of progression and all the gear I get always could be an upgrade and that gave me inscentive to play ik its pretty unpopular opinion but im also in the bunch that liked legendary in legion cause it always made me want run content and do thing for actual progression ok the rng aspect of it was not the greatest but if instead we would have got an item that could be trade for a specific legendary I would have even wanted it on bfa cause again it give player insentive if no titanforge exist i dont think people would run lfr or even mythic plus would even exist since at based the m+ chest use the titanforging technologie and I was always in the side of rng being good to a game a game without rng feel force and without interest ok maybe for the person next to you who didint got that titanforge he feel bad about it this is bad design for other but this is my opinoon to show that some people actually enjoy those.

Titanforged on gear is one of the good directions blizz implemented. The few cry here but in realm you always see people chat excitedly when the get a good titanforge.

Ive seen several max forges on world bosses and the amount of random people congratulating the player who got it is amazing.

Ive gotten alot of sockets and a few warforges, but keep going lfg and m+ hoping for the forge. If it did not exist, i def would not log on as much or run m+

As for your statement, I respect that you like titanforging. Personally since I only meander about the game and play with my little pets don’t really have an opinion. I do see how it could seriously irk hardcore raiders.

I like titanforging too.

It’s nice to get upgrades that aren’t expected.

Then again, I don’t have this “BiS Compulsion” that forces me to get the absolute best piece in every slot and grind my face into this game until that happens.

What I really like though is how meaningful upgrades are in classic without heirlooms. Like you get a green with 4 stam and 4 int and you’re jacked.

I like titan forge too. Since gear falls from the sky, it gives you a reason to play. Unlike classic where gear was hard to obtain and didn’t need it at the time. Titan forge is a blessing for alts, they suffer so much already to climb to 120.

I don’t mind Titanforging, but I would prefer a currency that would allow me to upgrade my gear without relying on luck. Collecting a currency with a steady drop rate would keep me playing more than gambling on getting an upgrade. But I don’t see it as an either/or situation. There’s no reason we couldn’t have currency and Titanforging.
