Everytime I log in I see this message. But I don’t have anything new. I’ve rummaged through everything three times to see if I did. But I don’t. Does anyone know why this is happening to me? Am I going crazy?
If it’s telling you that you do, you probably do. It’s usually at the top of your list, wherever it is. If not, then it’s probably a bug.

Usually a mount or pet from a promotion, sometimes filters on the mount or pet collection can cause things to not show up. Try messing with the filters there and see if anything appears.

Ahh! Aquatic mount. I never have aquatic ticked. Battle turtle with cannons. Blastoise from the trading post. Thanks

Try a UI reset. Check mounts, pets and toys.
I know it’s a necro, but a combination of posts #2 and #3 saved me a lot of aggravation. Thanks!
