Looked at his testā¦ This is dubious at best. Lol
Still would be neat to see how sethrak reactā¦

Itās also interesting that we havenāt seen Ulfarās true form, heās always hanging out as a bear.If they wanted to be lazy he couldāve been a Vrykul with some random gear. So this could actually be more intriguing.
Reposting this since there is quite some variety. Donāt see anything specific to one faction or another. Looks like pretty much, those who have their gear have what they have as their normal selves.
Drust is definitely an interesting groupā¦ Arguably more interesting that most of the vrykul.
I think we would have to have a toy that specifically transformed the player into a Sethrak to get an accurate test as possible. All the other methods throw in too many variables.
All in all, Mortisā test is interesting but far from anything concrete.
Having another big human AR would be incredibly devastating.
Would hate to have Sethrak on Horde still, the lastest last resort ever sort of deal.
Drust as a druid option wouldnāt even make sense, they would just have KT forms. For all intents and purposes we are already Drust!
They also shrunk Sethrak down to a more reasonable and playable size. Something that wasnāt necessary for an NPC. We donāt really see that with Vrykul/Drust. Cause wellā¦ that would just be humans. The first humans came from Vrykul.
Yeah. I donāt see any particular weapons for alliance or horde in those pictures.
A toy for sethrak would make me feel sad as it increases the likelyhood that weāre not getting sethrakā¦ But it would be interesting to see the results. Yeahā¦ Nothing concrete.
I agree. While I recognize the large body of alliance who do want vrykul, 1) I suspect the Drust specifically are divergent enough to bother most of that group.
And
2) thereās little lead up to them joining.
Which puts them just as likely as Sethrak.
I think even Blizz would see the redundancy of releasing a race whoās lore has already been rolled into KT.
I donāt want a toy for Sethrak. Nope nope nope. That would just make me terribly depressed.
Now I DO like that we havenāt seen one yet!
Especially since they added a Mogu one this patch and thatās been an AR speculation.
I absolutely like that there is no toy.
As a side note I think every playable race needs an orb of the Sinādorei.
Yeah itās interesting, I mean the toys make poor replacements for the races with their huge randomly punishing CD so I donāt think having or not having a toy is 100% concrete but I do agree its a good sign!
True, and with a 30 min duration.
Well tauren and HM have the same forms for the most part. Drust could have some stuff that separates them.
While I do agree just big humans would be boring, what if these were blue colored (or the option to), with spooky stuff like the druid forms? They could be a very gosthly race.
Still no interest, sorry. I am backing non-mammalian options only for now. A spooky supernatural mammal is still a mammal.
That said Iām sure you could find folks whoād be all for it, just not sure if it will be in this megathread.
I donāt mean to come off as aggressive or confrontational, I just think the last thing the Alliance needs after Mechagnomes is a low effort AR.
Thatās fair of course.
I do wonder if thereās any death aspect to Sethrak that could make them return in shadowlands?
Well so far only Sethraliss, who was dead and then returned, somewhat like Cenarius only Cenarius escaped on his own.
They seem to be much more elemental based than death unfortunately, but they do mention the cycle so perhaps?
Screw that, make it an hour duration with a ten minute CD.
True, but this is kinda the issue. Thereās been too much of the same thing over and over.
The alliance especially has had human like after human like. The draenei were the most non human the alliance had gotten. Worgen are not human like but they go to lengths to be about being human despite their monsterous look.
And then the Vulpera were very unique.
The alliance needs something new something they havenāt had before. Which is why I support Sethrak so strongly for the alliance.
This is definitely true.
I too support Sethrak for the Alliance.
What about the Faithless, why were they so faithless?
Sethraliss could have a direct tie to Ardenweald with the whole rebirth of Loa thing and the fact that she did indeed die and was reborn. Also possible Sethrak in general have a strong tie to Ardenweald because of this. It would make a lot of sense because one of the most common things snakes symbolize is rebirth.
They forsook/forgot Sethraliss (Sheās like their Loa) and decided they did not need her or her teachings to achieve power and dominion. They turned the jungle to desert and started being all naughty.
I am sure someone can give a more in-depth look but thatāll be my cliff notes here haha~
Edit: Apparently the faithless side with Mythrax, guess it would help to play the Horde campaign too!
