I say cancel the prepatch event. I don’t think that I played during the legion pre-patch, but I know that I hated the entirety of legion. I didn’t play the BFA prepatch, but here I am, because BFA was actually fun.
Yup and I’m going to infect every person that’s trying to avoid it

If you do, you are one of the reasons it should remain nerfed. Why can’t some of you just accept that there are those that don’t want to be bothered by things? why must you force others to play your way?
Can’t have nice things anymore in this game
We have to design everything around someone’s toddler playing because surely if they start crying it’s blizzards fault and must change it
GG,you mean to tell everyone that they can’t have fun in the game at all? Then it is true people have changed over the many years that a game can’t be fun any more . It all about greed .
I’m pretty not-well here, but I think I was trying to say that the pre-patch was enough to turn me away from legion for a year and a half.
I don’t know why they even nerfed it in the first place. I’m a relatively new player (I played as a kid during Burning Crusade and mainly just flew around without fully understanding the game), and I only recently joined the test servers.
I had no idea this was an event, but I saw that the districts were under attack so I thought « hey what’s happening here ». Turns out, 20 or so zombies/ghouls were going around killing guards and players left and right.
You wanna know what I did? I joined in, cause it looked like fun. Honestly why are people even complaining? I got invited into a group where we went around just causing an apocalypse for a good hour or so. It was hilarious.
We even had a group of ‘hunters’ that would try to stop us. It was a great little change from the norm, and it was fun.
Idk maybe it’s because I’m new and I haven’t invested years of my life in the game, but nothing about this event has inconvenienced me. If I needed the auction house or anything else (which I don’t - everything is so expensive and I’ve only got like 7,000 gold) then idk I’d go to a different city? There’s a train going from stormwind to Ironforge right?
TLDR: Event is fun, became a zombie, met some friends, played the game, took a break from my boring life to mess around in a video game.
I wish they just made a new unique event instead of reusing the idea of an old one, I was excited about the ghoul thing for maybe 5 minutes then got bored of it to be honest
Ehh the event is basically gone now, so it’s irrelevant if anyone logs in or not.
Good job. You have restored business as usual WoW enjoy your dailies.
It’s the fact that they cried the whole time during BfA because it wasn’t fun. Then we get this pre-patch event and they’re crying over it. I didn’t hear anyone crying over the demon invasions? We’re not getting a scenario I believe it’s only the Nathanos fight, and the quest line. Just put it on WM blizz!
This is the solution!
Not unless they’re flagged for PvP you won’t. And people like you make me laugh that the event was nerfed.
Thanks to the constant whining of the cancel generation. everything thats even remotely fun is removed because of a minor inconvenience… im making a promise now iv went through every criers post and wrote down the name if i come across you flagged i will camp you until you log possibly until you delete your toon… Pvp Will happen
you know how ez it is to force flag folks? ill add you to the list…
As horrible as I remember the first event long ago - these restrictions would be great as it would make the event pretty neat.

And yet I have the opposite. I basically logged out for the entire thing as it was only designed to be for gankers. It was so bad in 2008 that Blizzard cut it short. I keep wondering why people forget that.
Take your best shot… I never have WM on.

I love how the game being made unplayable was a “minor inconvenience”. Also many of us did not find the original even remotely fun.
Yeah that will happen. Go ahead and take my name down twice if you want.
crybabies gonna crybaby.
can’t have fun things anymore cause of crybabies and their precious playtime
Yes there are a lot of crybabies crying over the nerf.
