Supposedly “hotfixed” recently, however it’s now once again the lowest performing soulbind. When 9.1 first dropped, it was able to build multiple stacks from instances of healing and damage with a very short .05 second cooldown. This made it feasible to have Bron available multiple times in a long fight. The “hotfix” now makes it so you can only build 1 stack per 1 ability cast.
This will relegate Bron and Forgelite Prime Mikanikos soulbind to bottom tier yet again for Kyrian.
I ask that they reconsider this “hotfix” and instead work in something else for Bron to give more uptime compared to the consistent and constant effects other soulbinds are capable of giving, including those from other covenants.
