I have a lv 60 alliance character, got the required achievement completed, did the call for allies quest, but for some reason alleria doesn’t appear for me in the embassy…how am I going to start the ghostlands quest chain for void elf?
I think the panda now deals with that?
Looking at the most recent (2018) comment from the wowhead guide, it’s likely a bug.

The quests are still on the Alliance side in the recruiter building located NW in stormwind. Try clicking on the flag. It should be there with the quest available.
