Does anyone know how to unlock the Perfection-Enhancing Gearbox?
I have it on my list of things I can craft at the Meco guy in Mechangon, but there is a little grey lock on the item and I can’t click it to make it.

The item available to craft at Pascal-K1N6 is not the Perfection-Enhancing Gearbox, which is rank 3 of the Vision of Perfection essence. Rank 2, Perfectly Timed Differential, is the Tinkering schematic you’re thinking of.
That schematic drops from King Mechagon at the end of Operation: Mechagon (Mythic, M+, or Heroic Workshop) AFTER you loot and learn Engine of Mecha-Perfection, which is the Rank 1 token looted from King Mechagon (same conditions as Rank 2, but no Pascal-K1N6 involved).
Rank 3 (Perfection-Enhancing Gearbox) requires looting 4 Progression Sprockets from King Mechagon on subsequent Heroic or Mythic-0 O:M kills.
