I am new to the Alliance, but from playing Horde I have already completed the Loremaster of Kul Tiras. Apparently, I need to complete some quests to get into the correct phase to show Flyyn my map. Can someone tell me if I’m right and how many of these quests I need to do?

I must be too sleep-deprived. I looked at this achievement but somehow mistook the Tides of War achievement as meaning the Kul’Tiran unlock questchain.
