Unlocking Countess for Ember Court

Hello,

I’ve leveled my Ember Court up to max and am looking to RSVP the Countess on my main. Two of my alts have done the Campaign questline all the way through, and my shaman is max renown, but she’s only on the second chapter of the Covenant campaign. Do I really need to do the campaign for a third time to unlock the Countess for RSVP on this character? I tried going through the mirror up to where she is in Revendreth but I just walk straight through the mirror.

It should tell you why you’re missing the Countess. IIRC you do indeed have to do the revendreth questline but only up to a certain point.
