Well. I finally unlocked Dark Irons, and bought a race change. It’s really easy to get them when you can solo the dungeon with an ilvl 446 demon hunter… same as mechagnomes.
But I digress. I have an important question for General Discussion:
Black Drake, Onyxian Drake, Iron Skyreaver, or Obsidian Worldbreaker for my flying mount?
Black drake.
Obsidian worldbreaker is cliche and Onyxian is freaking purple.
Obsidian worldbreaker by far. The metal plating on the bottom and lava inside gives it that real Dark iron Forge/blacksmith theme. Too good to pass up
If you have this one, it gets my vote:
Side note for others: This mount matches the DID Paladin mount perfectly.

So, I went and tamed an Iron Warwolf for my pet and realized I have an Iron Skyreaver. So I’m going to update the original post. Does that change your opinions at all?
I guess either one would do (worldbreaker or skyreaver) since they both have metal plating which IMO suits dark iron dwarves perfectly
Not mine. The Ironbound and Rusted Proto-Drakes are so… dwarven.
No, the Iron Skyreaver is a mag’har mount, not a Dark Iron one.
Obsidian worldbreaker coupled with their heritage armor makes for an amazing combo.
I think the few times Dark Iron NPCs are ever seen riding mounts, they use gyrocopters, but those arent as exciting.

Right. But my new pet is an Iron Horde wolf, so I thought there might be some synergy there. shrug
Iron Horde stuff works so well with Dark Irons. 
A true Dark Iron goes BM and tames a core hound, rides the 10th anniversary core hound mount, and uses the core hound battle pet, tbh.
I’ve played BM for too long, it’s time for a change. I’m giving survival a whirl.

With all due respect, I’d rather punch myself about the head and neck with one of those giant monk fist weapons than play a shaman. I’ve tried time and again, I just don’t get along with that class.
Only those true of heart can commune with the elements anyhow.
