I feel it is safe to say, whoever was going to play the newest xpac has already gone and done so. The rest of us who would like to keep playing wrath and have no intrest in buying DF would like some fresh players so we can start getting groups here.

I have no idea what you are trying to communicate here.
He’s saying the server lock is necessary as the player base have screwed the servers, 2 of which are 100% Horde and 100% Alliance just completely preposterous!
While other servers are very low population.
Between locking servers and no RDF its like they are trying to force people to play DF or just quit. What is it about the last 6-8 years where companies cater to the lowest % or just out right hate their overall fan base? Its like they hate the people that pay them…

Unfortunately, imho, if you were to unlock all servers now, everone will flock to mega servers and when Ulduar comes out, people return, the outcry of 20k+ queues will begin.
PvP already gets all the special treatment, so might as well add arena cross realm LFG tool to find partners & RDF.
These 2 will allow players to keep raiding with guilds on smaller servers and not feel obligated to realm hop for dungeons and pvp.

stupid but a very not make smart choice. but i know why they locked it. weve got so many random things on this forum, wont say anything about anything else but so many opinions
and paragraphs on why 2 of the 12 servers should be locked from characters transferring there, and they were saying they should force characters outta there on to other servers. it wasnt even a problem the servers were perfect. awesome fun populated servers. then wrath of the lich king dropped there was a queue for 2 days and they did more complaining. then this
^ this is the stupidity that got the servers locked. endless waves of stupid. this thing is speaking for what all characters are gonna do, which it doesnt even know. its a lot of effort to make a new character or pay 25 for transfer. theres enough room on the servers for everyone.
there a was never a queue during the normal year of wow. just when a new wow version drops. just endlessly stupid. this came outta nowhere, all kinds of fools like this came to comment on the servers randomly then the company locked the servers

As a result, Blizzard locked servers like a lot of people have asked.
Now you want to unlock them.
If they are unlocked, tons of people will xfer to mega servers and then will complain about queues.

Why unlock servers that still have layers?
Get rid of layers and then consider unlocking.
There is a loop hole,
Head to classic classic
Make a season server toon. Have to make pve one first then use free transfer to the pvp server som (only if you wanna make a pvp too. On pvp locked server)
Then use the free transfer to the wrath server you want!

Yeah open the servers so all the other ones not named faerlina, benediction, or grobbulus die out from players leaving them causing more perfectly healthy servers to die off…again.
Whats crazy to me is… i already have toons on benediction…
I still can not even trasnfer my toons from other servers to benediction…even though they are part of the same account…
Because I am sure you so deeply care about those other servers and the 15 players left on them.
I care about my server and the lemmings who would jump ship the instant transfers to mega realms open up again. FOMO is the biggest factor in people wanting to transfer and almost all of it in regards to wow is fictional and made up.
So yeah, I do legit care for those not on mega realms and what would happen to those realms once xfers to places like benediction reopen. It’s bad enough players cry “dead server” constantly on healthy realms, don’t need players exercising their lack of self control again.
