Is there a mod that tells you what quests you need to complete that are available in order to unlock the nightborne race? As cool as it is that soon allied races will be easier to unlock, I don’t want to wait a month to play nightborne. If anyone has any help so I can work on this tonight it would be greatly appreciated
…the base story line of Suramar including the war for suramar city is all you had to do for nightborne besides the unlock quest at the embassy after you finish the jobs. The jobs at which won’t take you a month to do maybe a few hours but not a month

You could just wait for 10.1.5? Save your self getting the two Nightborne Acheves? In 10.1.5 the only requirement will have having a level 40 thats it. All allied race requirements are removed
Otherwise Zygor Guides is the way to go. It will walk you through the quest step by step

I did it when they first became available within a less than a week but I remember having guides to literally help me (especially since I had missed legion) and had to get up to speed.
It was a pain. If you don’t need those two achievements I would just wait, even if it’s a month.
Save yourself a headache and do other things for a month or so.
Absolutely wait until 10.1.5

I can’t wait the month for easy unlock, I want them now. I’m a returning player after a loooooong time away. Finding a main has been a huge headache… 3 things I know.
I love warlock
I love cloth mogs
I loooooove the inscription profession
I really like the look of nightborne
Combining all these things together, the best way I can settle and actually start playing the game is getting them unlocked so I need to do the grind for insurrection 
the races will be free to unlock at lvl40 on next patch, don’t do it now if you want to have your sanity remain

Yeah it still shouldn’t take you too long now. The storyline was one of the last I actually paid attention to as well.

Not sure if we’ll lose the allied race mounts and tabards, probably safer to unlock it currently. 
There is an add-on called BTWQuests, if you get it and the Legion plugin, it should show you where you are in any quest chain.
You have to play about 48 hours worth of Suramar, open the zone, and do a bunch of withered stuff before it even lets you get started on the quests needed to get these guys unlocked. My friend who just started wanted to unlock them but got totally discouraged after spending over 24 hours questing and come to find out didn’t scratch the surface of what needed to be done still. They are the hardest allied race to unlock for new players just now coming in. Followed by probably the Kul-Tirans.
Nightborne, kul Tiran and zandalari are all I have left. I fully intend on waiting for those however the nightborne I’m working on now. I really want them and don’t want to wait a month just to play them
In addition to this lore wise as a warlock is perfect, revenge for their subjugation by demons from what I’m seeing. I really want this race even more doing this quest chain
Do the story anyways! It may be one of the longest in the game but it’s one of the best as well (except maybe some of the side quests they send you out on if I recall, it has been a hot minute since I did them. I may be wearing rose tinted glasses lol)

I am loving the story, it makes me want them even more now. And when I get to be a warlock and subjugate demons in return it’s going to feel perfect

Currently you must do… ALL of the Nightborne storyline in Suramar to get them. You’ll be Exalted LONG before you finish that.
So you’ll need to do EVERYTHING. All Quests in that entire Zone AND farm for Rep to progress the story.
In 10.1.5 you’ll get them for free if you have a level 40 or higher character. Though you won’t get their Flying Mount from the end of the Suramar questline.
You still need to finish it if you want their Flying mount that is awarded to you in the end.
It wasn’t on curseforge however I’m getting through it via wow head. Still a long way to go 
just activated a bunch of ley lines now I have to work towards some jolt in suramar to power or feed the tree thingy
