I have to complete balance of power quest from legion and I only have one artifact for feral.I want to unlock bear forms but i dont have artifact.Now it can unlock?or where i can find other artifact
The other artifact can be obtained through a quest that’ll pop up in the Druid order hall.
It will show as a ! Symbol with little wings around it. You might have to progress the Druid story a little to get it to show up but you can unlock all artifacts for your class even if you don’t play their specs
