I did everything on Siren Isle including the quest and weeklies and the quest to upgrade the ring is still not available to my alts. Had to farm rares to get the upgrade to drop.
I can’t even find it on my main =(
I did the quest on all my toons but the last one was not able to pick up the quest, I have no idea why … can some give me an idea why please
Bumping, did it on my main fine, the quest isn’t showing up on my alt.

It appears if you recieved your upgrade through looting last week, you need to get this weeks upgrade through looting from rares as well
Finally got to an alt for this quest and I’ve just picked it up.
Did my main earlier this morning.
I looted the upgrade last week on ALL my alts either from chests/rares/cave bosses and mobs.
I was all caught up on upgrades until this one today.

The Raw Singing Citrine ended up dropping off Wreckwater.
I am unable to see this quest at all! Ive done all prior quests and no big purple quest marker for me. Can I still upgrade the ring?
