Anyone else think that Unleashed Monstrosities should be account wide? If they can implement a faster way for fury warriors to get their drops for their hidden artifact(I believe) that are supposed to come from world bosses, but now also drop from ToV, then they can surely make it easier for us, who have made multiple toons and have done Balance of Power on them, to get their appearances! 8 weeks is too long.
They made the change for Warriors because the world bosses were (at the time) on a random rotation and it had been around a year since the last time Nithogg had shown up.
I think that’s a fair suggestion, though I think that might also be the appeal to some - the exclusivity that comes from putting in that time as many might not be as invested to do the same.
Wasn’t there a time Nithogg didn’t spawn at all for like 10 months?

Yes. Either account wide or just make a couple spawn at the same time.
No reason not to just have them all up at the same time. It’s not like they overlap, and the gear they drop is obviously meaningless at this point.
I don’t remember if any of them conflict with the spawning of world quests in their area, but that’s a possible reason for not having them all up at once. But even then, it probably wouldn’t be a big deal if they did.
Still…it would me so much easier to just make the achievement account wide.

I think a lot of achievements from legion day need to be changed to account wide. Especially now that we are 2 expacs out from it.

Yeah, there wasn’t a fixed rotation until 7.3, it was silly.
Nithogg spawned on the 01/31/2017 and didn’t spawn again until at least May, thats where the documentation I’m looking at stops.
Na’zak also didnt spawn a single time between January and May.
Very true, but having them all up would kill two birds with one stone since there’s a few that have to be farmed for hidden appearances for various classes too.
I’m totally fine with it being account wide too/instead.
