Back in legion I managed to get the Balance of Power questline achievement done but never had the chance to do the achievements to go along with it. Currently trying to get the Unleashed monstrosities completed but unfortunately none of the elite bosses have spawned after 2-3 hours of camping the spot. Do these bosses even spawn anymore?
Unless it’s changed, those are the weekly world bosses. They’re on a rotation, and only one is up per week.
