I’m almost finished the unleashed monstrosities achievement for the blue glowbear artifact appearance on the server stormage, and I’m making a brand new druid on the server illidan with my friend who’s starting the game and I’m wondering if I will keep the blue glowbear appearance on tichondrius on my new druid, or if I need to purchase a server swap on my stormrage druid to get the appearance on my new one
Yes any artifact appearance you unlock is account wide
Except this one because you have to complete the core “balance of power” quest to unlock those skins. Also, mage tower ones are not account wide… neither are hidden ones unless you unlock one of your class’s spec’s hidden appearance.
They really just need to have a mage tower like concept every expansion. It was so good. Then scrapped it.
Everything is account wide… If you unlocked them on your main, they are already unlocked on any other druid.

Wait this confused me, if I make a new druid on a different server would that druid need balance of power quest done to unlock the appearances?

There’s some confusion and misinformation.
The Unleashed Monstrosities skin will still work, as it’s an account wide achievement. This is at first, unlocked via Balance of Power for that tier of skins. Note: this is very different to how the hidden appearances unlock cross spec, where you unlock one hidden, and progression of further hidden appearances are unlocked on other specs.
Basically, of you have the skins on your main Druid, they will absolutely transfer to your alt Druid at the appropriate level.
Know that there can be some issues unlocking further skins on an alt, without doing the prerequisites for the appearance’s tier.

This is real simple…
Anything you’ve unlocked on your Legion/Main druid, will 100% be unlocked on any future druids you make.
If you have only unlocked some of the skins on your Legion/Main druid, and want to unlock others you have to do so on your Legion/Main druid, or complete the prerequisites on the new druid.
For example, you cannot have unlocked the base mage tower skin on your Legion/Main druid, but then do the rbg requirement on the new druid for the other skin tone.

As above, Unleashed Monstrosities (or any other secondary skin) will unlock if you’ve done the prerequisites. In this case, BoP.
Anything unlocked on your main Druid, will be available on your alt Druid.
Saying that, if you choose to unlock the other 2 colours of that tier on your alt, you will need to clear the Balance of Power questline on that character.
