Picked up the quest, connected Executor Nizrek and Anub’azal to the threads so that they can all have their conversation. They talked, and there is no way to progress. Tried relogging, reloading, leveling to 80 (seemed to be suggested from Beta bug reports), and still cannot progress and get the Azj-Kahet acheivement that happens after this quest is finished. Please let me know how to proceed!

I had the same problem, but I changed the order I placed the holograms, it worked.
had the same roadblock, it ended up being my dialog addon bugging it
What seems to have worked for me was abandoning the quest, relogging, and then re-taking it. Maybe switching the order of the shadecasters, not sure. Didn’t have to disable addons (but I don’t have Dialogue UI).
