Quest seems to have some unintended consequences, Inanis (not in game, unsure of spelling) is bugged and evading all attacks and stuck at 91% and never despawing, making it impossible to “Stop the Ritual” on Greymane/Tanaris at least. Tried server hopping to change phases to no avail.

Having the same issue right now on Duskwood.
Also having the same issue on Bladefist.
Having the same issue on Draenor. She’s stuck at 97% - the other adds respawn and she still evades. Have tried dropping the quests and picking it up again, when I got back she was still stuck on 97%. Have tried relogging. Nothing seems to work. Kinda annoying when I finished it without a problem just an hour before on my Priest.
Adding to the chorus. I tried to complete the quest on 2 characters today, and Inanis just evades all attacks. I saw many other players trying to complete the quest as well.
My shaman successfully completed the quest just yesterday.

Bugged in Echo Isles
Well until blizz addresses this, I went back to Org and turned on warmode, and when I came back to the ritual site, I was able to properly engage her, kill her, and move on with the quest. I know I know…WM isn’t for everyone, but you won’t be out in the world long =) Hope this helps ppl for now.
