You should be embarrassed because fomo is nothing but artificial scarcity to boost numbers. It’s bad game design in place of actual good content being the reason people play. Again, it’s obvious from this forum that the majority doesn’t agree with you. I know plenty of people with glad mounts who wouldn’t care if they were still obtainable by hitting glad in current season as well, so again i’d say that’s a minority opinion that shouldn’t be catered to.
Again not hard to get. These were completely trivial.
It’s also human nature not to want things in sight to be unobtainable. That isn’t a logically consistent argument, and its a tired line that has been repeated by shills for too long. People aren’t buying it.

So we’ve been asking to get another chance to earn this, get a recolor similar to this or even have new forms with effects as cool looking.
The response is silence. Now all of my retail and my one legion remix druids have these forms and an immediate post saying it’s going away?

Yeah this is a bad move. Mage tower skins, esp the cat and bear druid forms, would have been the biggest win. This is such a dumb hill to die on.

Agree to disagree, I know plenty of glads who wouldn’t be ok with it as well; depends who you ask I guess.
Like I said earlier, idrc about the Mage Tower skins but I don’t want to see a snowball effect happen where eventually everything is available for bronze.

I’m not angry or disgruntled, I’m just having a discussion lol; if I’m honest if they thought of a good way to bring back old glad mounts/elite sets I might be for it.
Most people want them for next to nothing though, that’s what I’m against most of all.
I’m not insulting anyone to defend pixels’ “exclusivity”. Telling someone they should be embarrassed is also hardly an insult when they’re telling you you’re childish and throwing a tantrum.
Not wanting them to be free is totally reasonable and most ppl on the forums would probably agree, I do. Making them obtainable is what’s important to people. I think things being hard to obtain is good, just not impossible from arbitrary time restrictions.

You can now get them from Nostwin on the Timeless Isle.
Both were easy. One could be obtained with charity runs, and the other was made significantly easier by 7.3 / 7.3.5 because of gear getting better. If you got it in 7.2, then yes it’s impressive because it relied more on skill. In later patches though, it was significantly easier. If AOTC mount is obtainable, MT should be as well.

excuse me we do not make sense around here! i am going to need you to switch your brain off and then you will see their glorious plan. ie: making the game so terrible they can finally shut it down.
I honestly was having so much fun with the bear form and started playing my druid for the first time in a long time! Literarly fun was detected and being removed, it makes no sense. It’s not just random weapon skins, its models that fundamentally change the way we play the game.

Honestly shocked seeing the posts on here. There are far more players wanting Blizzard to bring MT back. Not that is really matters much. Blizzard will do what they do best, disappoint the player base. I want to see sparklecats everywhere. Why? Because they’re freaking awesome and it makes people HAPPY. This world is crap as is. Video games should be an escape from reality and the disappointment life has to offer. We are not talking about gladiator mounts that took actual skill. We are talking about Mage tower that became trivial to do in 2 seasons.
