Hey, everyone. I just started playing an unholy DK and I’ve found that especially in dungeons, I tend to end up rune-starved so I’m just auto-attacking for several seconds. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for fixing this or if it was just a class design choice. If it matters I’m level 64.
Rune regen will feel slow, even at 120 until you start building up a noticable ammount of haste. This is very normal. Hope this helped.

Should haste be focused across the board for specs or is there a spec that will benefit more from it than others?
haste is the best stat you can get for unholy, the thing about rune regeneration is that you regenerate up to 3 runes at a time, make sure to be using your rp to trigger your runic corruption
Yes until you achieve ~ 25%+.
Beyond that depends on what youre trying to gear for (PvP, Raids, M+).
Edit: This is for Unholy, I cant really comment on Blood or Frost.
You’re level 64. You don;t have your full kit. A handful of talents fix the rune issue, a handfull of spells give back runes, and haste is a gamechanger.
When you get Apocalypse and Soul Reaper, there’s really not any issues.
