Unholy or Frost?

I plan to swap between Blood and one of the two damage specs, mainly a solo player doing questing, replaying old content, collecting, and grouping up with a guild to do non-score pushing dungeons and trials. Any recommendations between the two? Thank you!

unholy and blood are the easiest to swap between, you can use basically the same gear and rune for the most part.

If you’re playing Blood DB, you want Crit/Versa whereas Unholy wants Mastery/Haste with a good amount of Crit if you’re playing Festering Scythe

but yeah, Unholy is the way to go imo. Focus on one weapon and Blood can do just fine without specific stats until you get into high keys.

Frost feels slow. Unholy always feels like I’ve got something to do.

The answer, of course, is Unholy.

Always Unholy.

Frost. If you do unholy, a lot more buttons to press for similar damage.

People enjoy the fast-pacing of Frost, but I honestly think Unholy is a cooler spec.

Not only you get to summon a ton of things without cast times like a Warlock does, but half of the spammable part of your rotation can be ranged, which is great to keep uptime when you need to disengage from a boss that the tank is not exactly moving right, especially during Abomination windows.

I actually found blood and frost easier to swap between. Both want crit
