Unholy Ground class talent

So, I have a very specific question that I didn’t get a clear answer in the guides I looked. The class talent Unholy Ground - adds 5% haste to stand on your DnD.

Is that a mandatory talent for most PVE? 5% haste feels super good for Unholy, but I don’t see (or maybe I overlooked?) mentions of this ability for single target. Granted, you’ll be able to spend good time on it.

Should I really be spending my runes on DnD’s with this talent for single target?

Here’s my take, depends on your current haste. If you’re able to fit an extra global in your pillar window with the 5% haste, I would, if not then probably not worth it. Another thing to consider you can drop D&D running up to the boss as a prepull, it’s effectively a free global and you get 5% haste for 14s. Hope that helps!
