Retail stutters badly after patch

I’m experiencing stutters, mainly in Dornogal, and I noticed them in Shadowlands raids as well. In the Isle of Dorn everything is perfect, with no issues. I’ve already tested without addons, ran a repair, and even did a clean installation, but the problem persists.
