Unexpected self cast for specific target macros

I have plenty of teammate macros such as:

/cast [@Somebody] Blessing of Sanctuary

I don’t remember when this changed (in the last year?) but if I am out of range of the teammate in this macro AND have an enemy targeted it will self cast.

To fix it I added the help conditional but nothing tells me that they should function differently. Does anyone know if I’m crazy or something changed about this?

I believe i started hearing about this from PVPers after 10.1 dropped.

I believe the fix is to do cleartarget/targetlasttarget shenanigans.
