Some people say that they can be collected from the sand piles near the hunters, but those are also not spawning for me. No spawns are occurring in any of the indicated areas on the map.
Was able to complete the two other dailies.

Might get fixed by the year 2030…
I am having the same problem… Can loot the artifacts on characters that have not finished the initial Uldum assault, but cannot locate items on characters that have completed the assault

Quest is bugged. The artifacts are not spawning.
Bumping this to the top. Can we get an immediate hotfix on this?! Have to work this evening and won’t be on before the assault resets and it resets events AND dailies.
I also completed the minor assault in Uldum on the first day, and now can’t see Titan Artifacts to loot. I’m watching other characters loot non-existent objects.
Just for the sake of completeness, I’ll say that I already did a full UI reset. No difference.
The quest items are not spawning if you have completed the assault. They spawned, and were interactable, while I was doing the assault, I distinctly remember, so the difference is almost certainly whether a character hasn’t finished the assault yet.
This needs a hotfix, with all due speed.
nothing is spawning and my toon im currently logged in on or multiple toons are getting get screwed over because of this! please fix and refund the missing reward - for those who did the other dailys and cannot do this 1
