Undying Caver title not granted bug

Has this happened to anyone else? I completed the achievement Undying Caver for finishing a tier 8 delve without any deaths. You are supposed to get the title “Undying Caver” as a reward to the player as seen at the 1:49 mark of this guide video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lm02z-bSX40

I have also seen other players in game with the “Undying Caver” title. On this wowhead guide: Delves Rewards in The War Within - Gear, Mounts, Transmog - Wowhead it says that this title is a reward.

I submitted a ticket on this and the game master directed me here. They said that they are not able to deal with bugs, so I am assuming it must be a bug…but just wanted to check.

Is this a bug? Thanks so much, I really appreciate it.

There appears to be a title that comes from the Immortal Spelunker achievement.

But I do not see one listed on the Undying Caver achievement page.

If it had previously been listed as having a title associated with it, then it was probably while it was still on the PTR.

I also have the Undying Caver achievement done and do not show a title with it.
